Hello,

I offer individual, couples, and family therapy; working with adults, children, and adolescents.  Treatment plans are tailor made according to each client. I utilise a variety of techniques, some of which include Psychodynamic, Cognitive-Behaviour, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I have experience working in the corporate world, in schools, as well as being self-employed. Living in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa has given me a diverse perspective on how to approach people’s needs. I have two Masters Degrees, one in Psychology and another in Media Studies and Communication, and I want to empower you by offering you a safe space where you can express yourself as well as learn the skills needed to live an empowering life. I welcome sessions in both English and Arabic.
